  15. When using Procomm Plus for Windows or MS-DOS with Windows NT, the
  16. Zmodem protocol may not function properly, it may take much longer
  17. than usual to download files using Zmodem. The Zmodem protocol is
  18. usually one of the faster protocols available in most
  19. telecommunication packages and therefore it is widely used.
  20.  
  21. To work around the problem, select a different protocol for
  22. downloading. Although this protocol functions properly in other
  23. applications in Windows NT, it may run very slowly with Procomm Plus
  24. for Windows or MS-DOS in Windows NT. All other protocols provided with
  25. Procomm Plus should function properly with Windows NT.
